Intensification of Extraction of Antioxidant Compounds from <i>Moringa Oleifera</i> Leaves Using Ultrasound-Assisted Approach: BBD-RSM Design

چکیده

The main purpose of the present study is to predict optimal values ultrasound-extraction conditions by employing response surface method based on Box–Behnken design from Moringa oleifera leaves. impact three independent variables, namely extraction time (5,15, and 25 min), solid solvent ratio (60%, 70%, 80%), ultrasonic amplitude (20%, 60%, 100%) yield total phenolic/flavonoid content were studied. Analysis variance (ANOVA) was employed estimate significance parameters model. An 15 min, an 100%, a 80% found be values. findings this investigation revealed that at factors, yield, flavonoids, phenolics 83.75 mgL?1,50 mgL?1, 0.974 g, respectively. obtained results indicated BBD-RSM could effectively used in optimization ultrasonic-assisted process. To best our knowledge, first assessing effect US power, extraction, content/flavonoids leaves cultivated Iran.
